STEP takes pride in being the only blade manufacturer to closely monitor the new techniques being developed by today's goalies. Being effective in net requires lightning-fast reflexes and equally fast movement. Your blade is the ultimate connection between you and the ice. Our performance blades are handcrafted with the highest grade stainless steel to keep you on top of your game. STEP blades outclass regular blades hands down, which is why so many goalies choose STEP precision products when it's time to excel.
Delivery and collection
- UK delivery £4.95, free on orders over £100. Same price to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands, though it may take a little longer.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, tracked. We’ll let you know if anything will take longer.
- Gloves Off clothing is printed to order: delivery takes 7 to 10 days, or it’s ready to collect in store in 3 to 5 days.
- Free click and collect from our Kirkcaldy shop when we’re open. We’ll email you when your order’s ready, usually within 24 hours, and keep it for 14 days.
- We deliver to the UK only for now.
Returns
- Changed your mind? You can return online orders within 30 days.
- Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Returns and size swaps in the shop are free.
- Try skates on indoors with the blade guards on. Once you’re sure of the fit, we’ll sharpen, profile or bake them for you.
- Skates that have been skated on, sharpened or baked, and sticks that have been cut, taped or used, can’t be sold again, so the refund is reduced by up to the full price unless they’re faulty.
- Personalised items, special orders and opened mouthguards can only come back if they’re faulty.
