We aim to send orders out within 2 working days, and we’ll email you a tracking link once your order is on its way. If anything will take longer, we’ll let you know.
We deliver across the whole UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands. Some areas can take longer. Sticks and other long items may go by courier.
Click and collect
Choose click and collect at checkout to pick your order up free from Gloves Off, 78/80 Rosslyn Street, Kirkcaldy KY1 3AB.
- We’ll email you as soon as it’s ready. If it’s in stock in the shop, that’s usually within the hour when we’re open.
- Collect during opening hours: Wednesday 5pm to 7pm, Friday 3pm to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 12pm to 4pm. Closed Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
- Bring your order number (on your phone is fine). Someone else can collect for you if they have it.
- We’ll keep your order for 14 days. After that, we’ll get in touch, and we may cancel it and refund you.
Click and collect orders have the same right to change your mind as delivered orders.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the UK only.
If something goes wrong
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you, or someone you’ve asked us to deliver to. If it hasn’t turned up 5 working days after it was due, or it arrives damaged, email us your order number (and photos of any damage) and we’ll sort it out.
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we’ll get in touch to send it again for the cost of the extra postage, or refund you.
