The Howies Knob Tape - Black is a half inch width for crafting your preferred hockey stick knob.
Getting the perfect grip is an important part of every hockey player’s pregame stick work. However, if you’re into the ½” knob at the top or a candy cane design that would make Santa Claus proud, you’ve probably run into the problem of having to split a perfectly good roll of tape in half to make it happen. Say goodbye to those days with Howies’ brand-new ½” knob tape - the first of its kind.
Engineered with the same formula as the rest of our cloth tape, our ½” knob tape is designed to stay durable and serve as the perfect solution to creating a knob that fits your needs without sacrificing tape that’s made for your blade.
Delivery and collection
- UK delivery £4.95, free on orders over £100. Same price to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands, though it may take a little longer.
- Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, tracked. We’ll let you know if anything will take longer.
- Gloves Off clothing is printed to order: delivery takes 7 to 10 days, or it’s ready to collect in store in 3 to 5 days.
- Free click and collect from our Kirkcaldy shop when we’re open. We’ll email you when your order’s ready, usually within 24 hours, and keep it for 14 days.
- We deliver to the UK only for now.
Returns
- Changed your mind? You can return online orders within 30 days.
- Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Returns and size swaps in the shop are free.
- Try skates on indoors with the blade guards on. Once you’re sure of the fit, we’ll sharpen, profile or bake them for you.
- Skates that have been skated on, sharpened or baked, and sticks that have been cut, taped or used, can’t be sold again, so the refund is reduced by up to the full price unless they’re faulty.
- Personalised items, special orders and opened mouthguards can only come back if they’re faulty.
