Lace bite can turn every stride into a wince — that sharp, pinching pain on top of the foot caused by pressure from tightly laced skates. The Blue Sports Skate Gel Pad – Lace Bite is a quick, effective solution: a self-adhesive gel pad that sits on the skate tongue to disperse pressure, reduce friction and ease the pinching sensation across the top of the foot.
Regular use helps guard against the cysts and irritation that untreated lace bite can develop into. The anatomical wavy design promotes circulation and keeps the pad securely in place, and application is as simple as peeling off the adhesive film and pressing the pad firmly onto the skate tongue. Suits hockey, figure and roller skates alike.
